We process your data strictly to deliver and execute the services you configure on Jewab:

- Grounding AI agents, automated sales workflows, and smart chatbots in your product catalog, knowledge base, and store policies.
- Executing your configured marketing automations, auto-replies, and scheduled messaging campaigns.
- Generating analytics, performance reports, and conversational CRM insights.
AI and your data
Google user data
When you connect a Google service to Jewab, we request only the minimal permissions required for the specific feature you activate, adhering strictly to the Google API Services User Data Policy (including Limited Use requirements):
Where your data lives and how it is protected
Your data is stored in isolated, encrypted tenant environments (both in transit and at rest) with role-based access controls (RBAC) and comprehensive audit logging to ensure max security.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable regulations, you have the right to access, correct, export, or request the deletion of your personal and business data. Workspace administrators can manage and export most data directly inside the Jewab dashboard.
Retention
We retain workspace data for as long as your Jewab account is active and necessary to provide services. Upon account termination, data is deleted or anonymized within a commercially reasonable period, subject to statutory retention requirements and backup cycles.
Changes to this policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically as Jewab expands its features and integrations. Material updates will be notified via the Jewab platform interface or directly by email.
